===== Report a system problem =====
What is a system problem?
  * Something is broken.
  * What's broken is something that we maintain as part of the services we provide.
  * It used to work, and then it broke. If XYZ has //never// worked, it is not a system problem that it is currently (still) not working.
  * We have to use system-level access that you don't have to fix it. Even if you had perfect knowledge about what the problem is and how to handle it, you still wouldn't be able to fix it yourself.
  * //Usually,// system problems are an urgent problem such as a crashed server or network. It may be worth evaluating whether your report is a system problem or a [[bugs|bug]].
